The circular dust filter cage is generally formed at one time by production equipment, so that the dust removal skeleton made in this way is firmly welded, the surface is smooth and straight, and the transportation and production of the dust filter cage should meet the production standards required by the Ministry of Machinery Industry. The main production requirements for the filter cage of the dust collector are that it should have sufficient strength, rigidity, verticality and dimensional accuracy, which can effectively prevent the dust filter cage from being deformed and damaged by the dust removal accessories. All welding points of the dust filter cage are required to be firm, and there should be no de-soldering, missing welding, or virtual welding. The surface of the frame in contact with the dust filter bag should be smooth, and there should be no welding scars and burrs.

Galvanized dust filter cage: skeleton galvanized is generally used at room temperature.

 

Galvanizing can make the surface of the skeleton smooth, wear-resistant and anti-corrosion, and the strong coating can avoid the surface corrosion of the dust removal skeleton and the bonding of the filter bag after the work, and also ensure the smooth bag change and reduce the damage to the filter bag during the bag change process.

 

Plastic spray or silicone filter cage: Silicone spray can be used at relatively high temperature, which can effectively protect the bag cage and also has excellent anti-corrosion effect.

 

Which surface treatment to use for the dust filter cage depends on the environment in which the filter cage is used. Under normal circumstances, the low-cost galvanizing process can be used for normal temperature and low corrosion conditions; for high temperature and corrosion conditions (such as dust removal equipment for coal-fired boilers), spray plastic or silicone spraying is required.
